This Site is an ecommerce store and marketplace website. The Site markets and sells;
- The Network proprietary goods and services;
- Affiliate goods and services;
- Third party goods and services.
The Site Responsibilities
The Sites responsibilities are limited to:
- Providing the site as an online marketplace and platform to facilitate the marketing, sale, purchase, and conduct of goods and services;

Sale of Goods And Services
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services available on our Site.

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that match the description of the good(s) you order on our Site.
The following services are available for sale on our Site:
- Online classes;
- Live online events; and
- On-demand online courses.
The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Third Party Goods and Services
The Site operates as an online marketplace and platform through which Third Parties may offer goods and services to Users. You acknowledge and agree that:
- The Site is not a party to any agreements entered into between Users and Third Parties;
- The Site provides certain tools to facilitate the purchase, sale and provision of goods and services;

Class and Live Event Recordings
We reserve the right to record Online Classes and Live Events that take place on the Site for the purposes as follows:
- Quality and training purposes
- Teacher feedback and upskilling
What we will not use the recordings for:
- Recordings containing images of you (or your children) will not be used for promotional or any other purposes without your express written consent.
Recordings are retained by us indefinitely however we reserve the right to delete recordings at any time. By purchasing Online Classes and Live Events you consent to you and/or your child appearing in recordings for the limited purposes set forth above.
Your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until the Site receives a notification that you want to cancel the subscription.
To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
- The subscription must be cancelled through your account page at least 24 hours before the due date otherwise you will be billed.
If the price has changed during the duration of your subscription period, you will be notified by email at least 7 days prior to the renewal date to opt into the new agreement. If you do not take action from this email, your subscription will not be renewed.
We do not offer free trials for subscriptions.
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:
- Credit Card.
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered in a variety of ways due to the good type and destination. Please check the options on the checkout page and chose the best option for your circumstances.
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays. In all cases delivery will take no longer than 30 days.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.
If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside the United Kingdom your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
We ship goods worldwide except the following countries and territories; Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.
Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 7 days after receipt of your goods.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:
- Good is broken or defective;
- Good does not match the description.
Refunds do not apply to the following:
- Digital products;
- Product subscriptions.
Refunds for Services
- Refunds for Services are not accepted under any circumstances once purchased, even if you do not attend or use the Services. Please consider this before purchasing Services from the Site.
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, use the following procedure:

Consumer Protection Law
Where the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Futuristic Education Network Ltd and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Country of England.
Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and Futuristic Education Network Ltd are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and Futuristic Education Network Ltd agree to submit the issue first before a non-binding mediator and to an arbitrator in the event that mediation fails. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Futuristic Education Network Ltd. The costs of any mediation or arbitration will be paid by the unsuccessful party.
Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Futuristic Education Network Ltd agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
